Saint John the Baptist Organisations
Organisations for children/young people
Sunday School meets on the 3rd Sunday of every month during the Morning Service. The children join the congregation for the Eucharist
Sticky Fingers meets on the 2nd Monday after school in the Community Centre where the children have Bible stories, painting and colouring activities and generally get their fingers sticky. Geared for up to year 6 - Primary School.
In conjunction with the Sunday School, Sticky Fingers take part in The Nativity Service, The Mothering Sunday Service and as part of our Mission Action Plan we hope to have two more services during the year where we will be inviting young families to join our congregation for a non-Eucharist service.

Organisations for adults
Two prayer and study groups meet one on a Monday Evening and one on a Wednesday afternoon.
During Lent we also have a service of Night Prayer on a Wednesday evening followed by a suitable course.
We have a Parish Visiting Team who visit anyone in our village who needs the help and support of the Church because of illness, bereavement or inability to attend church.
We also have a very active Social and Fundraising Committee and all are welcome to join us for our varied programme throughout the year
