Services at St. John the Baptist
We also are happy to conduct services of blessing - both for those who have just got married in a civil ceremony and also those who have been married for years but who want their marriage blessed.

Coffee is served on the 1st and 3rd Sundays in the month after the morning service. At special festivals (e.g. Christmas, Easter, and other special occasions) there may be additional services. Saint John the Baptist is the perfect venue for your Wedding. Not only will you be given a warm welcome but we have a perfect setting for your photographs with Whittignton Castle in the background. We have a dedicated Organist and Choir who will be prepared to provide you with your own choice of music and hymns. You are most welcome to come to choir practice on a Friday night to meet the organist and choir and hear a variety of music.
