The Open Church
The church is open, courtesy of our team of voluntary stewards, most week days from 10.00 am until 2.00 pm. We hold a Tea and Coffee morning in church on Saturday from 10.00 am until 12.30 pm

The Church and Village
The present church building dates from the 13th century, and the inside of the church was re-ordered in 1999 to provide a nave altar, meeting rooms, kitchen and toilets. It stands in the centre of an expanding market village (markets are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays). The church is floodlit in the evening and can be seen on almost all the approaches into Penkridge. The beauty of the building makes it very popular for weddings - 22 marriages are to take place during 2005. The church has a large churchyard which is almost full; a civic burial ground has recently been consecrated on land close by.
