Church Services

The principal act of worship of the week, at which notices and Banns of Marriage are published, is at 10.00 am on Sundays, with an adjacent Sunday school for children.

The worship follows the Anglo Catholic tradition, with Readers, members of the congregation and a full complement of altar servers taking an active role, and is enhanced by the beauty of music and the richness of the incense.

The chief aim is to inspire people to express their worship of God, but there is a "family" atmosphere about the Church's fellowship, and tea / coffee is provided after the 10.00 a.m. service for those who wish to get to know other people. Strangers are made to feel welcome but never pressurised.

Details of all the regular services and any Special Services are given below.

If you have any comments about our Evening Worship please speak to Peter, Richard or Fr. Graham. New ideas are always welcome.
